No pressure
Went to the park today and had a chance to talk, sit and think. As I was sitting there, I noticed the ducks.
, just living..so I posed the question to my friend, would he want to be anything else other than human? His answer was no because anything else won't have the opportunity to go to heaven. So this made me think... While I wouldn't want to be anything else, I couldn't help but think about the "no pressure" these ducks have. When they die they just die, no soul to put them in a heaven or a hell. And if you ever have a chance to watch these creatures you notice this freedom that they have....this is the same freedom that humans try to obtain. The ducks were God's way of revealing so much to me about my life. God told me I too could be like these ducks. Not a care in the world, no pressure, and really have the Hakuna Matata attitude but the only way to achieve this is through HIM. That if I live according to HIS WORD there will be no pressure, no heaven or hell to choose from, heaven would be the only option. No pressure.
While watching these animals, I watched one swim. If you look at them it looks like it's easy, no work put into it, that's the surface, but if you look under the surface his feet are moving, putting in work but you would never know. The duck appears as if he is just gliding in the water. Easy. This is how God operates in our lives...we often look like everything is together, while God is behind the scenes: working, mending, operating, removing and adding things to us, making this process, look easy!
Also, as I sat there, I observed these ducks walking on land, swimming in the water and flying in the air. And as I seen this, Multi Dimensions, came to mind. God made us to flow in multiple dimensions but many times we only flow outta one. I'm only speaking for myself. But I know that I have the ability to do multiple things, but I only like to do those things that I am comfortable with. Let's just use hospitality as an example, I've been "ushering" since I can remember, I can greet people and pass out thing's all day, everyday but this altar worker thing is totally out of my zone, but it's definitely needed to help push and assist me in certain areas of my life. So coming out of my comfort zone is needed and a must. It's a must because I want God to get outta me everything that is necessary for me to fulfil my purpose. Sitting there made me realize that I am not using every dimension that God has giving me and I am not flowing at my maximum potential.
So I must change this!
No Pressure because I am committed to seeking and chasing after HIM, I am so thankful for God working on me behind the scenes and I will operate in each area that I am good at and even the areas I am not so comfortable in, multiple dimensions, exercised.
